A few years ago i had the privilege to direct, lead and design a series of internal videos used to onboard the new hired roles to the company.
At that time, .Monks was still Media.Monks, but had a major brand visual revamp when the company merged with other agencies, a visual and illustration system that's still in place today.
The look on this series had to feel in system to the branded illustration from the company, but also live in it's own narrative world. We took the main resources from the graphic library, and translated it into a simple, yet fun and colorful universe, where characters and UI interactions guided the storytelling of each guide.

In order to keep consistency across the videos, we had to develop reusable rigs for the characters and hands used in the Ui interactions.
